Critical Military Separation Fitness Program
The critical separation 30-day fitness program is dedicated to changing the overall aspect of health and wellness of each individual who joins; with that, during this 30-day program, participants/ clients will receive (1) post-workout meal per session which will include a complete macronutrient intake proceeding class.
